"The ignition lock in my car would not turn. Key would fit but ignition lock would not budge. Called Toledo Lock and Key and within 10 minutes a very friendly serviceman was there. The key was too worn to work and they made a new key on the spot. I'd highly recommend them and it shows you do not always need a mechanic for a car repair. Thanks TL"

"While cleaning off the snow on my car the doors locked while it was running. I was getting ready to leave for work. Called and they were to me in 15 minutes. Had my door open in the blink of an eye and I was on time for work. This is definitely the number you want to keep in your speed dial. Great customer service. So nice and friendly. Thank you for the wonderful response time and sorry it took me a few weeks to review. Life keeps me busy and you keep me on time."

"I was getting out of my car and my key fell off in the snow and i couldn't find so i called toledo lock and key for help and the guy told me to use a rake and i found it in about ten minutes he was very helpful"
